Residential plumbing job - great service, quick and affordable. We have old pipes in our house that spring leaks occasionally. I put a post up on Facebook looking for a local plumber to help us. Ken was responsive, professional and flexible with our chaotic schedule. Got the job done same day. We have full time jobs, a baby, and starting a business out of our house so we greatly appreciated is promptness and affordable job. Would recommend and use again!

First of all, i would like to say thank you to Mick and Ken It was a pleasure to work with both of you.
Prior to starting, I was able to decide on the styles and types of the materials that would be used to complete the job, Throughout the job, Mick would notify me of what and when things would be completed. Before the building of the patio could even begin, it would be necessary to build a wall in order to level out the slope of the backyard. Upon the completion of this wall and the leveling of where the patio would be, I knew I had chosen the right people to complete this. Mick and his crew definitely showed the care and knowledge that would be needed to finish the job to my expectations. The crew would arrive on time and worked from the time they arrived to the end of the day. Once finished for the day they cleaned up the work area, cleared any debris that may have remained in the driveway and let me know when they would be back the next day.
As the project neared completion, I knew it was going to be a great addition to the backyard. I don’t have one negative thing to say about KMK Property Maintenance, their employees, and definitely the quality of their work. On a scale of one to 10, I would definitely give them a 10+. I would also highly recommend them to complete your next project.
